I experience no hunger all day long and actually found having a hemp shake with a large green salad for evening meal was probably more than I needed. I have lost 14 -15 lbs eating live foods and doing the program already. What a bonus. It has created so much conversation with people who notice the change in me, they want to know what I am doing. The most common remark people give me is " your very skin seems to be sparkling." I have to watch it, last week I had four separate situations when young guys in their twenties came up to me and told me how fabulous they thought I looked. I first tried hemp almost two years ago when visiting my aunt, Dorthy Morley, and was persuaded to transition to a raw vegan diet.  I'll never forget the way my body first responded:  something woke up and said, "This!!  THIS is real food!"  It's been almost a full year now since I'd call myself full (70-100%) raw vegan, and 2008 was the year I gave up alcohol (don't miss it in the slightest, wish I'd done it years ago), gluten, soy, and as many sweeteners and sweets as I can (was hard at first but gets easier the longer I go without it - there's a lot of "organic" and even raw treats on the market now!).  Here are the most noticeable changes I can report:  My skin has cleared and recoloured, and everyday seem to glow a little more.  I'm 31 but my undergraduate students all think I'm 24.  My asthma is gone.  My sinuses are clear, always.  At night I fall asleep minutes after my eyes close.  My sclera is bright white and my eyes sparkle.  Even my hair seems stronger and shinier.  The slightest waft off many people, especially coffee drinkers, now smells distinctly sour to me (this was startling at first and I find myself needing a wider berth in public!).  I crave fresh organic produce and have no desire to return to the disabling and uncomfortable experience digestion used to be.  I eat so much less, much less often than I used to, because I finally know how to feed myself.  Thank you, Conscious Planet, for helping me learn what eating is.  I look forward to aging chronologically and rejuvenating biologically. In solidarity and with love and gratitude.

I've been in the health industry helping people with nutrition and the hands on healing of Reflexology, Acupressure, massage, Reiki etc. for over 30 years now. Lately I've been making a hemp shake and it has been so incredibly satisfying I sleep like a log, I don't have a back ache in the morning, don't wake up to use the bathroom, also being peri menopausal - no night sweats, hot flashes etc, I feel refreshed in the morning and all in all feel so amazing. Last night I decided to eat a meal, as Jim was at work and I was feeling crappy - I've been ill with the cold virus for about 3 months now, it comes and goes, but when it comes, it hits me hard and I've been missing work), I ate a mashed potatos and 2 eggs.  I'm telling you all this because this morning I have a back ache, I had a terrible sleep hot and cold, restless and the mucus from the cold increased during the night.  I feel lousy this morning.  However, all in all, I am excited because it just proved to me what I have been suspecting and that is that my better sleep, lack of pain etc., has all been because of the hemp drink in the evening. The first product I tried from Conscious Planet was the Genesis.  I gave it to my family which includes two rambunctious young boys.  We began on a Friday night after Charles gave his presentation in Creston.  On the following Sunday I noticed the boys were getting along exceptionally well!  As for myself, I felt lighter and happier, and even more than that, motivated and excited about life in a BIG way. Hi Debby, in my view and with my health training, there's no maybe's on this one.  I'm amazed at the differance, and here is my analogy, after thinking about this from a deeper perspective of nutrition. Bahuja Hemp hearts - we were still using these in our smoothies along with another protein and greens supplement we had left over from my health food store days.  So, I wondered, why the hemp hearts alone didn't satisfy me like the TRANSFORM OR SHAPESHIFT. Well, it goes like this. When the body is very depleted of nutrient's, and you ADD anything new with high nutrient value, like hemp hearts, it will feel better, lose weight, reduce hunger etc.  This is true, as I have heard these testimonials over and over at the health food store. Then, as the body becomes accustomed to these extra nutrients, and you "amp it up even more", by adding a WHOLE FOOD Supplement like Transform and Shapeshift, you reach another level, of higher vibration and even more energy and vitality, with less hunger and craving's. I am really AMAZED, and Debby, how "coincidental" it is that we both experienced the same symptoms, and that we both ran out of the products at the same time!   The universe has a very good sense of humour, when it wants to  "make a point" for us to "see". I'm a 43 year old male, I come from a dysfunctional family. Schooling grade 8 and a life of hard knocks, a life I would not wish upon anyone. My son and I were diagnosed with A.D.H.D. an a list of other mental disorders. The meds are too long to list. Six to seven years ago I was told I have degenerative disease in my neck and back and I've suffered with constant pain for years. I was told that I should have C6 and C7 in my neck fused and told there was no idea if the pain would go away and that I might get worse. I said no thanks. I was also told I've got Prostate cancer. I got introduced to your food products approximately 10 weeks ago. Before I started your food products I had been living a life of major pain and discomfort. I had an extremely bad back problem with degenerated disc disease. I had a back surgery about 9 years ago, which was not successful. I have been on just about every pain medication there is, including Percocet, Morphine and many more, the last prescription was was 8 years on Methadone. This is the same drug they give to people who are trying to get off of Heroin. It is an extremely powerful pain medication with many many side effects. This drug did work somewhat for my pain and got me back on my feet to a certain extent but it left me needing so much more sleep than normal and my mind was less than clear at most times. I started on your program and received amazing results. I went off of all my drugs cold turkey - 100 %. Let me tell you this was quite an experience, I don't wish this on anyone but I had to get my life back. The first thing I noticed was my ability to smell came back after many years without being able to smell. I noticed depression went away completely. I almost cut off a finger this winter in an accident and the feeling was coming back to my finger. After my back surgery, both my legs from my knees down and in the achilles heel had a lot of numbness, 70-80-% of this numbness in my legs has gone away. I have witnessed that I find amazing is that all the hair on my legs had died and fallen out years ago, but since I have been on your food program my legs have re-grown hair on them again and in only 8-10 weeks. My mind is so much clearer now and my comprehension is improving more every day. I have so much more energy it is unbelievable. I feel my body will heal itself over a short time and will keep improving. Thank you for the Conscious Planet products. I've been looking and trying things for my health for so many years, and like you, I've really been around the block.  But between my hypoglycemia, my obsessive compulsive disorder, and seasonal affective disorder, my blood sugar was all over the place, and I experienced frequent mood and energy crashes, periods of strong anxiety, and strong social phobia each morning.  I assumed there was no help for most of this. My blood sugar reactions had become quite acute (I couldn't even eat a piece of fruit without a bad energy crash and severe cravings for the rest of the day), and I had started to become quite concerned as my uncle has advanced diabetes, so it's in the family. The first night, I used the alkalizing drops and the probiotics. My neck was beginning to seize up from having done a weight workout, as my neck did in those days. I had an uncomfortable detox reaction overnight, but to my surprise, when I woke up, not only was the reaction gone, but there was no neck stiffness or headache, and my head felt a little clearer. It was easier to interact with people.  Within 3 weeks, my blood sugar settled *right down*, and while I still have a sugar crash if I eat an occasional dessert or piece of fruit, the reaction is minimal. In that time, I also lost about 8 lb with no effort, and virtually no cravings. Recently, I spent three weeks in the Queen Charlotte Islands on a summer field study program. I started with the Vision Quest at the beginning of the year and have adopted quite a disciplined regime of hemp products and lots of raw foods ever since. Traveling in a group with pre-ordered meals offered its challenges especially when being billeted by First Nation people. The first week I followed my style of eating and "cheated" just a few times. The second week was a whole different story: I did not take any Transform or Shapeshift shakes or any of the other products. By the end of the week my sugar craving had returned. A small bite of rhubarb pie, a piece of chocolate, ... I wanted it. Also the amount of food I consumed had increased drastically, with it came the feeling of fatigue after meals, which I have not had since I started taking the hemp products. Thankfully, I realized what was going on, and during my third week I was camping on a beautiful beach by myself and it was easy to return to my routine again. I had my hemp shakes and needed very little other food. Sugar was not a driving force anymore and I went back to feeling just amazing - full of energy, sharp-minded, and I need less sleep. I love what the products do in my body and how I feel. I am learning a lot.

For one week, I have been eating a Bahuja Bar a day. I absolutely love them. Being at university all day I feel my brain getting tired in the afternoon. I started using Conscious Planets products back in February of 06. I had High Cholesterol. I have worked and lived on a cement floor for 30 years and it does tell on us after awhile as my legs and feet hurt so bad I could have cried. I would limp around most days and walk in the door after work and just hit the sofa like someone turned of the light bulb and sleep for 2 hours or the whole evening. When I would go for coffee break after sitting for fifteen minutes I could hardly get up out of the chair.  It was like my legs were a elastic band and just tightened up. It would take me at least 20 steps or more just to get going. I really felt like I was ninety years old.  I tried Somatic's Yoga and it did help some. I then switched over and started taking all the Conscious Planets products in June. I no longer HURT! and my legs are working great. I was 192 lbs and I am right now 148.  I have gone from a size 14-16 to a 9-10.  I can't believe it.  I actually have a waist line. Michael and I have both had the good fortune of using your products the last few weeks, and we would like to express how amazed we are with the Genesis product especially.  We both have had remarkable energy and clarity since taking Genesis, and are thrilled with the effects.  I'm quite knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements, but I had never heard of Zeolite or Fulvic Acid.  So it's also been a learning process for us both, and we're quite simply amazed at how this stuff makes us feel. Genesis simply rocks! This December was a turning point for me. I chose to draw a line in the sand and commit myself fully to the process of regaining my health. I chose to “up the ante” on the smorgasbord of therapeutic processes and regimens I have engaged in over the past number of years. Following a number of months of gradually cleaning up my diet (cutting out the vast majority of refined grains, sugar, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, cannabis, etc.), I chose to formally fuse my physical, emotional and spiritual healing work for a period of time by embarking on a special dietary and emotional/spiritual reconditioning regimen offered through a company called Conscious Planet. At this point I am about eight weeks into the program, and although I am not yet the picture of perfect health that I dream of, things are starting to change. On a physical level, I can certainly feel the effects of withdrawal from my addiction to sugar, and especially the really good refined stuff in all the sweets (and beer!) that I previously found irresistible. I am noticeably shedding all kinds of physical and emotional toxins from my cells, which is causing me to lose a bit of weight before I can begin building up healthy muscle mass again. My diet consists of 95% Living Foods at the present moment which is awesome for my system because all the foods are bio-available. We met in Calgary recently. I really enjoyed your presence and thank you dearly for everything you've done.  I am taking your wonderful products daily and feel great!  You have been strongly in my thoughts lately.  There are a couple of conditions that plague two friends of mine.  The first friend of mine has been diagnosed with colon cancer two days ago.  At first, the doctors thought he had a minor condition that he would walk away from  in a matter of days.  Then, they changed the story to something more serious that would trouble him for some time.  Then they finally said that he had colon cancer, and it would need to be surgically removed. We immediately grabbed the extra probiotics and enzymes from the Immortality Package we purchased from Conscious Planet with some super raw food smoothies and rushed to him right away.  Nurses and family saw positive changes within the first day and over the last few days. I have been eating hemp protein shakes for 6 years now. Every now and then, I take a break.  I have had such a busy week that I haven't had a moment to buy spinach to make my shake in the morning. I was mentioning to someone how much I missed spinach and had been complaining on how absolutely starved I have felt all week. She said, but don't you usually put spinach into your shake?  I realized had been eating a lot of grains lately and I haven't had my morning hemp protein shake for about a week... My  Cholesterol was 7.2 and the doctor wanted to put me on Statin drugs. I almost had a fit and we got in to a good discussion. I told her there had to be other ways to do this and she said “I would never do it.”  My response was: “just watch me.” I have worked on a cement floor for 30 years and it does tell on us after awhile as my legs and feet hurt so bad I could have cried. I would limp around most days at work and at home.  I would walk in the door after work and just hit the sofa and it was like someone turned of the light switch and sleep for 2 hours or sometimes the whole evening. When I would go for coffee break at work and after sitting for fifteen minutes I could hardly get up out of the chair.  It was like my legs were like an elastic band and just tightened up. It would take me at least 20 steps or more just to get going. I really felt like I was ninety years old.  I tried Somatics, a form of slow Yoga and it did help quite a lot and I would recommend this to anyone. I can remember thinking back before Christmas: “if I don't so something, I am going to be dead in a couple of years.” I live alone and I got really scared as wondered what was going to happen. Its pretty sad when we have to get to that point before a person decides to make some lifestyle changes. So, after a lot of reading, I cut out bread, tea, coffee, pop and milk and started eating only fruit shakes till noon each day. For lunch I would have a wrap stuffed with veggies and chicken) and supper I would eat a regular meal. That worked for awhile but by eleven o'clock in the morning I could have eaten the house. My friend Veronica gave me some Living Harvest Protein Powder to use and it really helped me so that I could get by till lunch time. I then switched over to Conscious Planet Protein Shakes and by June 2006 I started taking all the products. Suddenly I no longer HURT! and my legs started working great. I was 192 lbs and I am right now 137.  I have gone from a size 14-16 to a 7-8.   I can't believe it.  I actually have a waist line. I was going to wait until I had the results of the wellness assessment before I started on the Conscious Planet products, however, Charles made a comment about digestive enzymes and allergy symptoms that resonated with my situation with me when I heard him talk on July 27, 2008 in Victoria. I have been unable to eat many raw fruits and vegetables for about 20 years.  I would have an immediate anaphylactic reaction to things like sprouts, leafy green lettuces, fennel, carrots, apples, peaches, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.  The only raw foods that didn’t seem to cause a reaction were red, yellow and orange peppers, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce and berries. Charles recommended 10 digestive enzymes per day and that I should be aware of possible reactions when I started.  The first couple doses, I did feel sick to my stomach, so I started by only taking the enzymes with meals.  Two days ago I was reading that extra chewing of foods will help offset a lack of necessary digestive enzymes needed to break down the food that the body feels are foreign so I decided to experiment with a tiny slice of nectarine.  I had only been taking about 4 or 5 digestive enzymes for a couple of days at this point and to my surprise – no allergic reaction occurred. With this small success, I decided to increase the digestive enzymes to the 10 a day that Charles recommended and less than 48 hours later, I have just eaten a very green salad with sprouts, beet tops, fresh peas, and several other fresh, green items that I wouldn’t have dared even sampled a couple days before. For over 20 years I have gone without eating fresh green foods, and within 2 days of taking digestive enzymes I am able to do what not one of the many doctors I have seen about this situation over the years have even considered.  In the past the only solutions proposed to me were to abstain or to take allergy shots for the rest of my life.  Thank you for your great work.  I’m looking forward to the next phase of increased health and energy.

I have a two year old Black and White female tabby cat whose diet consisted of a low grain kibble and a daily portion of raw meat, usually bison, turkey or both. She responded very well. Then a year ago or so, she started rapidly gaining weight, her coat became rough and started shedding alot, and she seemed to be hungry all the time consuming much more kibble, which the vet attributed to being spayed. I said baloney and subsequently, discovered that the kibble formula had changed and now the first ingredients are white and brown rice, and not protein as it had been. So I switched to grain free again which helped, but what really changed her was the addition of hemp oil and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of ShapeShift to her raw food mix. She did not like it at first, but now will only eat the meat if I add these. What prompted that addition of veggies to her diet is that she was craving them in the form of devouring our house plants. I had first introduced a pot of wheat grass, which she likes, but which was not enough as she continued to eat the house plants until I added the Shapeshift veggie mix to her food. She is now slim, happy, and has the most amazing thick, soft coat which hardly sheds. I have also introduced her to Genesis and I will swear she is smarter and her games more elaborate. I rarely take this cat to the vet as she is very healthy and gets no accumulation of plaque on her teeth. I love Conscious Planet, the food and the philosophy on which it is founded.

Hey Charles—you asked what I noticed with  the Genesis—well, it’s expelling some inner demons, that’s for sure. Very heavy feeling, exhausted, dizziness, achy, next day all this emotional garbage coming up and I’m depressed, grieving, angry—difficult feelings because of their intensity. Then day three, I feel lighter, with some remnants of pain in my body. This last menstrual cycle was MUCH healthier than normal and I’m sure it’s a combo of the hemp, more raw food, hydralyte—everything. We plan to move to England for at least a year, however, the thought of not being able to get our Conscious Planet products there is a serious issue for us, as we feel this is a lifestyle choice that we will continue with indefinitely. Do you know of people who have been able to take large quantities of CP products abroad and are CP products available in the U. K.?

Alexander and I continue to eat more than 60% raw and are loving it– and have a new-found respect for the importance of digestive enzymes–produced by thorough chewing, available in raw food, and found in supplements such as Catalyze– after hearing Ron Garner speak and seeing the enzyme demo. In Conscious Planet presentations I have attended, Charles has often referred to me as a "trooper"--I've been on Conscious Planet for 1 ½ years now despite many difficult times.  But I do treat myself from time to time, and recently, I went to one of the nicest restaurants in town with several Millionaire Mind graduates to "blow my play money".  I spent over $100 and bought the most expensive items on the menu I could find--I never knew food and wine could taste that good. At 5:30am the next morning, I knew the wrath of Kaan!  I had mixed waaay too many food groups together.  My tummy was very uncomfortable and nothing was moving.  But I wasn't at home so I couldn't take any enzymes.  All I had was about 1/4 litre of ionic water with a healthy dose of Hydralyte in it.  I took a couple of swigs of this water, and to my astonishment, my pain was more than 50% gone in 2 minutes flat and my entire intestinal tract had begun to move again!!  (Please believe me when I say I have NEVER used the "astonished" word in reference to a product before--I think it's cheesy and this is a first).  I took another swig for good measure and the discomfort was completely gone within half an hour.  An hour later, I dealt with a little recurring discomfort similarly. Phew!  It always feels great to get back on Conscious Planet and the Pro-Terrain diet!  I have to discipline myself through that first 24 hours of cravings, and then it's such a relief.  I always feel so calm but energetic!  But I had NO idea just HOW powerful this product was until I was up a creek without a paddle and it was all I had left!

Thank you for the Defend. I am a seer, and I can follow it acting in my body and doing good things and acting even on an atomic level, deeper than cellular.  With my allergy/asthma pattern it seems to be breaking up mucus and creating a more productive cough - acting as an expectorant. I didn't like the diarrhea. I tried taking it as only 3 drops 2X a day and that is easier to handle, although, I change so fast I might not have to. Interesting website - and I agree so much with the intention, that the way to stop disease is to stop it at the vibrational level!!  I don't recommend products but these support the next level we are going to.

I am on day 8 - I think Tom has deviated some as of yesterday.  Must say we may not be your greatest success story.  I find that I am just choking down the morning green drink and miss "real food" terribly.  My body is responding well - have lost about 14 pounds and skin and hair look fabulous!  I am acid reflux free - which is also wonderful.  I think it is mentally that I am really struggling.  I miss the socialization around food and really do not like the taste of the drinks - especially without fruit.  However, if I eat anything that I would normally eat - I get sick.  I am in “can't go forward ' can't go back.”

The first Conscious Planet product I tried was Genesis because I had heard so many incredible testimonials about it. I feel as if my insides are lovingly getting scrubbed clean and my system functioning more efficiently. When I share information about the products I feel I'm sharing a gift. Hi friends doing the Conscious Planet Products. I'm writing you because I've thought about you a lot while I've been on this 8 month bicycle trip to raise awareness for a KINDER world! It's easy for me to do something I know is good for me (eating well, exercise, etc.), and then get a little lazy and then beat myself up over it by not being consistent! I love sports and so exercising has been easy for me! I find food more challenging. Even though I have consistently been eating vegetarian (except fish once in awhile) and I've stayed away from alcohol and drugs for over 35 years, I found sweets, dairy products and a few other yummy things have been hard to let go of. I am now at an age where most of my friends, who haven't taken care of themselves food-wise, are suffering from some very major ailments and it breaks my heart every time I hear from or about someone... WAY TOO MANY! ... and...  I'm hearing about many many younger people as well! As I tour I see obesity, depression and the use of major life-destroying drugs are EPIDEMIC! Since Wilma and I started using the Conscious Planet Hemp and other products like the very important 'enzymes' and 'minerals' about 2 years ago, we (fortunately) have been VERY consistent taking it and it has definitely gotten easier and easier! I COULD NOT have done this 11,000 Km trip without it!!!!! I'm now 62 and I can't believe how strong I am and how my body has recovered. The trip we did in the year 2000 was really tough on my body and I was hurting big-time.... this trip has been MUCH tougher as I pulled a 70 lb trailer and went through our harshest winter in a long time, and yet I'm recovering so much quicker! I am concerned that you may feel I am nagging you, that is not my intent, my biggest concern is our health and I do care about you all very very much! ....PLEASE don't beat yourselves up, and if you've let the Conscious Planet program and hemp products go a bit, I hope you jump back in and do it again. It is WAY worth it! Hi Charles, I saw the new website, and listened to the new video's, Overview, Products, Education and Online Marketing business. Wow, these are so over the top awesome! You certainly have the info nailed down, i's dotted, and t's crossed! Concise, clear, and I like the speaker's voice too. You have done such a great job on these, they make for an easy platform to educate. I am really, really impressed and grateful. You really are making everything easy, and I must say, you are motivating me more and more to take the bull by the horns and do the Quest. Very, very nice educational video's.  I got "goosebumps" when I opened the site, (that's always a good indicator for me.) I really wanted to share my appreciation and excitement with you.
