I experience no hunger all day long and actually found having a hemp shake with a large green salad for evening meal was probably more than I needed. I was fortunate enough to live at a Retreat Centre where Living Foods was the central focus for four years. I've been in the health industry helping people with nutrition and the hands on healing of Reflexology, Acupressure, massage, Reiki etc. for over 30 years now. Lately I've been making a hemp shake and it has been so incredibly satisfying I sleep like a log, I don't have a back ache in the morning, don't wake up to use the bathroom, also being peri menopausal - no night sweats, hot flashes etc, I feel refreshed in the morning and all in all feel so amazing. The first product I tried from Conscious Planet was the Genesis. I gave it to my family which includes two rambunctious young boys. We began on a Friday night after Charles gave his presentation in Creston. On the following Sunday I noticed the boys were getting along exceptionally well! Michael and I have both had the good fortune of using your products the last few weeks, and we would like to express how amazed we are with the Genesis product especially. We both have had remarkable energy and clarity since taking Genesis, and are thrilled with the effects. The first Conscious Planet product I tried was Genesis because I had heard so many incredible testimonials about it. When I first tried Genesis I was dealing with a mystery sickness that seemed to have plagued me all of my life. I started using your products a few months ago now. I am amazed by the difference they have made for me. I'm a 43 year old male, I come from a dysfunctional family. Schooling grade 8 and a life of hard knocks, a life I would not wish upon anyone. My son and I were diagnosed with A.D.H.D. an a list of other mental disorders. The meds are too long to list. Six to seven years ago I was told I have degenerative disease in my neck and back and I've suffered with constant pain for years. I was told that I should have C6 and C7 in my neck fused and told there was no idea if the pain would go away and that I might get worse. I said no thanks. I was also told I've got Prostate cancer. I didn't like my options of treatment of that either and declined. I noticed I was getting sicker... not better like I thought I should be. I got introduced to your food products approximately 10 weeks ago. Before I started your food products I had been living a life of major pain and discomfort. I had an extremely bad back problem with degenerated disc disease. I had a back surgery about 9 years ago, which was not successful. I have been on just about every pain medication there is, including Percocet, Morphine and many more, the last prescription was was 8 years on Methadone. This is the same drug they give to people who are trying to get off of Heroin. It is an extremely powerful pain medication with many many side effects. This drug did work somewhat for my pain and got me back on my feet to a certain extent but it left me needing so much more sleep than normal and my mind was less than clear at most times. I started on your program and received amazing results. I went off of all my drugs cold turkey - 100 %. Let me tell you this was quite an experience, I don't wish this on anyone but I had to get my life back. The first thing I noticed was my ability to smell came back after many years without being able to smell. I noticed depression went away completely. I almost cut off a finger this winter in a accident and the feeling was coming back to my finger. After my back surgery, both my legs from my knees down and in the achilles heel had a lot of numbness, 70-80-% of this numbness in my legs has gone away. I have witnessed that I find amazing is that all the hair on my legs had died and fallen out years ago, but since I have been on your food program my legs have re-grown hair on them again and in only 8-10 weeks. My mind is so much clearer now and my comprehension is improving more every day. I have so much more energy it is unbelievable. Quest Optimal Health Program: Basically, I've been re-energized by just taking a shake a day in the morning, and eating right. Daily exercise obviously helps too, but the amount of mental clarity, and energy to take advantage of it, has increased so much in just the past few days that you can feel my energy from a block away. My body feels as if it's being worked constantly, but not in such a way that I'm tired. Thank you for the Conscious Planet products. I've been looking and trying things for my health for so many years, and like you, I've really been around the block. But between my hypoglycemia, my obsessive compulsive disorder, and seasonal affective disorder, my blood sugar was all over the place, and I experienced frequent mood and energy crashes, periods of strong anxiety, and strong social phobia each morning. I assumed there was no help for most of this. My blood sugar reactions had become quite acute (I couldn't even eat a piece of fruit without a bad energy crash and severe cravings for the rest of the day), and I had started to become quite concerned as my uncle has advanced diabetes, so it's in the family. The first night, I used the alkalizing drops and the probiotics. My neck was beginning to seize up from having done a weight workout, as my neck did in those days. I had an uncomfortable detox reaction overnight, but to my surprise, when I woke up, not only was the reaction gone, but there was no neck stiffness or headache, and my head felt a little clearer. My son had been trying to get me to try these Conscious Planet Products for a while. Back on January 20th I started in on them I weighted 220 and had a nice belly. In the first month I lost 17lbs and had not been working out other than my weekly hockey. I lost another 5 and felt the best I had in years. I got into working out and put on 4 lbs but its all bulk. Recently, I spent three weeks in the Queen Charlotte Islands on a summer field study program. I started with the Quest Optimal Health Program at the beginning of the year and have adopted quite a disciplined regime of hemp products and lots of raw foods ever since. Traveling in a group with pre-ordered meals offered its challenges especially when being billeted by First Nation people. The first week I followed my style of eating and "cheated" just a few times. The second week was a whole different story: I did not take any Transform or Shapeshift shakes or any of the other products. By the end of the week my sugar craving had returned. A small bite of rhubarb pie, a piece of chocolate, ... I wanted it. Also the amount of food I consumed had increased drastically, with it came the feeling of fatigue after meals, which I have not had since I started taking the hemp products. I started using Conscious Planets products back in February of 06. I had High Cholesterol. I have worked and lived on a cement floor for 30 years and it does tell on us after awhile as my legs and feet hurt so bad I could have cried. I would limp around most days and walk in the door after work and just hit the sofa like someone turned of the light bulb and sleep for 2 hours or the whole evening. When I would go for coffee break after sitting for fifteen minutes I could hardly get up out of the chair. It was like my legs were a elastic band and just tightened up. It would take me at least 20 steps or more just to get going. I really felt like I was ninety years old. I tried Somatic's Yoga and it did help some. I can remember thinking back before Christmas. If I don't so something, I am going to be dead in a couple of years. Pretty sad. So, after some reading I cut out bread, tea, coffee, pop, milk to drink. Started eating only fruit and green shakes till noon each day. That worked for awhile but by eleven o'clock I could have eaten the house. I then switched over to Conscious Planets protein powder and in June I started taking all the products. I no longer HURT! and my legs are working great. I was 192 lbs and I am right now 148. I had my first Conscious Planet Wellness Assessment done by Dorothy Morley in September 2007 and my "electromagnetic overload" was at 6%. This was a fairly standard percentage, given we all are exposed to electro-pollution in our everyday lives. In November I had a second Wellness Assessment done & was shocked to find that in just two short months that my "electromagnetic overload" had increased to 11%! Although this does not sound like a large number, the fact that it almost doubled in such a short period of time was a cause for concern. Right away we figured out the culprit - a few weeks after my first assessment I started to use a headset on my phone at the office. While the headset was a blessing & made my work much easier I did not realize it was adding to my electro-pollution levels, especially at such a rapid rate. Something definitely needed to be done as the problem would only continue to increase if not taken care of. In early December I was blessed to receive a Bio-Amp Wrist Band & started to wear it religiously everyday. The first thing that I noticed was that I did not have any strange reactions to it. In the past I have tried various devices to help with electro-pollution & found that I got quite hyper & kind of "spinny" while wearing them. All the devices I have tried in the past were felt far too strong & did not seem to do much other than make me feel very uncomfortable. Wearing the Bio-Amp wrist band I have had no uncomfortable feelings whatsoever. I find that I do not get as drowsy at work sitting in front of the computer all day like I used to. Not only did it reverse the damage that had been caused by the headset, but it cleaned up the older damage that I had from before - not to mention it is now keeping me protected from future damage. It really works!!! The extra energy I get and to see the results of the assessments & know that it is also working at a cellular level cleaning out old pollution is amazing. During the summer, when I saw the Bio-amp advertised on the website, I wondered what on earth Charles was doing selling something so seemingly off-topic as that. It also sounded a little hokey to me. However, in early September, I was hit by a car on my bike. Fortunately my injuries were minimal. At the September Conscious Planet presentation, my neck and head were still sore. As the Bio-amp was being passed around, I noticed that no one was trying it on, but I did. I was startled, as instantly, I felt tingling going up my left arm into my shoulder and neck--the same healing tingling sensation I often got when receiving cranio-sacral therapy over the years. Curious, I switched the Bio-amp to the arm on the same side of my body as my neck injury. Same thing, only this time, my neck and head pain were gone within two minutes. When I got my own Bio-amp, I was quite surprised that I almost never noticed that I was wearing it. A sensitive boy, I can't stand wearing watches or jewelry for any length of time, and when I do, I can hardly wait to get them off. Over time, after becoming accustomed to wearing my own Bio-amp, while I could still feel a calmer energy, I noticed the tingling less and less. I began to wonder if it was still operational. One evening, I lent the Bio-amp for the evening to a 60-year-old friend who is always exhausted and in lots of pain from arthritis and other ailments, but forgot to get it back from her. She phoned me two days later to report that she had stayed up all night at the computer without noticing, then stayed up all day, and went walking for blocks. This December was a turning point for me. I chose to draw a line in the sand and commit myself fully to the process of regaining my health. I chose to “up the ante” on the smorgasbord of therapeutic processes and regimens I have engaged in over the past number of years. Following a number of months of gradually cleaning up my diet (cutting out the vast majority of refined grains, sugar, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, cannabis, etc.), I chose to formally fuse my physical, emotional and spiritual healing work for a period of time by embarking on a special dietary and emotional/spiritual reconditioning regimen offered through a company called Conscious Planet. At this point I am about eight weeks into the program, and although I am not yet the picture of perfect health that I dream of, things are starting to change. On a physical level, I can certainly feel the effects of withdrawal from my addiction to sugar, and especially the really good refined stuff in all the sweets (and beer!) that I previously found irresistible. I am noticeably shedding all kinds of physical and emotional toxins from my cells, which is causing me to lose a bit of weight before I can begin building up healthy muscle mass again. My energy levels and ability to focus and concentrate have not improved to the extent that I’d like yet, however it seems that my energy is still required mainly for supporting me while all this “letting go” business is taking place. On a whole, I have not been a perfect adherent to the program (starting in December is arguably the hardest month to do something this drastic), however, I have astounded myself with a level of discipline that I was unaware I was capable of. My diet consists of 95% Living Foods at the present moment which is awesome for my system because all the foods are bio-available. I have had chronic fatigue and fibromialigia and I have healed this to a certain extent. When people look at me they do not know that I live in constant joint pain. We met in Calgary recently. I really enjoyed your presence and thank you dearly for everything you've done. I am taking your wonderful products daily and feel great! You have been strongly in my thoughts lately and I urgently add that I need to talk to you. There are a couple of conditions that plague two friends of mine. The first friend of mine has been diagnosed with colon cancer two days ago. At first, the doctors thought he had a minor condition that he would walk away from in a matter of days. Then, they changed the story to something more serious that would trouble him for some time. Then they finally said that he had colon cancer, and it would need to be surgically removed. We immediately grabbed the extra probiotics and enzymes from the Immortality Package we purchased from Conscious Planet with some super raw food smoothies and rushed to him right away. Nurses and family saw positive changes within the first day and over the last few days. He is reading Conscious Health and Greens For Life and on his own he diligently advocates the diet and doesn't require any more coaxing. Second, my Wu Shu Shaolin instructor has complained of severe stomach pains and constipation which I suspected was a stool blockage. Twice he was hospitalized because of the pain and a doctor confirmed my intuition. I have asked him to start a very light raw food diet with hemp and chia seeds and lots of green smoothies with lots of fiber. He is stubborn to a traditional degree and he now takes me seriously and actually listens to me.

Day 1 – I started with just Genesis, my brain felt clearer...
Day 2 - Genesis then a smoothie with a mix of 1 scoop of each Transform and Shapeshift with juice and oil. I was fuller longer, had more energy and was sharper in my mind.
Day 3 - Same as day 2 but I also noticed that a redness in my right eye that I had for some time has almost disappeared, plus I feel more psychically aware. I am also eating some fruits, lots of veggies and drinking tea and I am still feeling really good without cutting too much out of my day! It is so great to feel the difference in my body and mind. I am dowsing that the blisters on Winds back is shingles. Bear in mind shingles is the transmuted chicken pox virus that once as children we have, it never goes away but lies dormant in the spine or nerve ganglia. Of interest when I checked my treatments for shingles the remedy silver comes up to push the virus out and of course taking Oxymmunity she had massive amounts of silver in good quality and the old virus moved out of the ganglia into the nerve ends at the skin causing burning, itching and pain on the skin nearest those nerve ends. Nothing checks positive to treat the shingles physically that I know of. She is 71% of the way through the process which even left alone has a life of 7-14 days. I was guided to bring her back into homeostasis by treating her thymus(immune aspect) which fell in working efficiency 2-3 months ago to 71% due to an emotional trauma then fell again 1-2 weeks ago to 51% due to a toxin and a pathogen was involved. The only systems involved were the skin and nervous system. I broadcast a remedy to her at 8pm tonight my time. By May 30th she should be through the attack but more than that she should have pushed the virus out. She may not have appreciated what Oxymmunity did for her but she should never get it again(the shingles that is).

I have been eating hemp protein shakes for 6 years now. Every now and then, I take a break. I have had such a busy week that I haven't had a moment to pre-make my shake for the next work day (I blend all the goods together the night before, then add the protein just before drinking). I was mentioning to someone how much I missed spinach and had been complaining on how absolutely starved I have felt all week. She said, but don't you usually put spinach into your shake? I realized had been eating a lot of grains lately and I haven't had my morning hemp protein shake for about a week... Wow... I could eat a wheat field and still have room for pie! I have been using the product now for three weeks, and have experienced a gentle yet deep cleanse, increased energy and weight loss. Thank you for your guidance, ie: muscle testing.
I started using Conscious Planets products back in June of 2006. My Cholesterol was 7.2 and the doctor wanted to put me on Statin drugs. I almost had a fit and we got in to a good discussion. I told her there had to be other ways to do this and she said “I would never do it.” My response was: “just watch me.” I have worked on a cement floor for 30 years and it does tell on us after awhile as my legs and feet hurt so bad I could have cried. I would limp around most days at work and at home. I would walk in the door after work and just hit the sofa and it was like someone turned of the light switch and sleep for 2 hours or sometimes the whole evening. When I would go for coffee break at work and after sitting for fifteen minutes I could hardly get up out of the chair. It was like my legs were like an elastic band and just tightened up. It would take me at least 20 steps or more just to get going. I really felt like I was ninety years old.
I tried Somatics, a form of slow Yoga and it did help quite a lot and I would recommend this to anyone. I can remember thinking back before Christmas: “if I don't so something, I am going to be dead in a couple of years.” I live alone and I got really scared as wondered what was going to happen. Its pretty sad when we have to get to that point before a person decides to make some lifestyle changes. So, after a lot of reading, I cut out bread, tea, coffee, pop and milk and started eating only fruit shakes till noon each day. For lunch I would have a wrap stuffed with veggies and chicken) and supper I would eat a regular meal. That worked for awhile but by eleven o'clock in the morning I could have eaten the house.
My friend Veronica gave me some Living Harvest Protein Powder to use and it really helped me so that I could get by till lunch time. I then switched over to Conscious Planet Protein Shakes and by June 2006 I started taking all the products. Suddenly I no longer HURT! and my legs started working great. I was 192 lbs and I am right now 137. I have gone from a size 14-16 to a 7-8. I can't believe it. I actually have a waist line. I have tried many things over the years but this has been the easiest program that I have ever followed. In September of 2007 I saw Dorothy Morley and had a Wellness Assessment hair analysis done. It was very interesting. Dorothy said when I started back in the beginning of 2006 my biological age was around 82. It was no wonder I couldn't get up and get going as I was living in the body of a 82 year old woman. I was very toxic, full of heavy metal, chemicals and parasites. My cellular pH was nearly cancerous due to all the chemicals. Most of my body organs were under functioning.
According to Dorothy, within 5 ½ months since I started the Quest Optimal Health Program, my cholesterol had dropped to 4.3, my toxin levels were down considerably and things on all levels were slowly improving. I still had a lot of work to do, but the results are astounding! I am wondering most days what is wrong ... I feel guilty to be 64 and feel so good. It is just fantastic! I was going to wait until I had the results of the wellness assessment before I started on the conscious planet products, however, Charles made a comment about digestive enzymes and allergy symptoms that resonated with my situation with me when I heard him talk on July 27, 2008 in Victoria. I have been unable to eat many raw fruits and vegetables for about 20 years. I would have an immediate anaphylactic reaction to things like sprouts, leafy green lettuces, fennel, carrots, apples, peaches, almonds, hazelnuts, etc. The only raw foods that didn’t seem to cause a reaction were red, yellow and orange peppers, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce and berries. Charles recommended 10 digestive enzymes per day and that I should be aware of possible reactions when I started. The first couple doses, I did feel sick to my stomach, so I started by only taking the enzymes with meals. Two days ago I was reading that extra chewing of foods will help offset a lack of necessary digestive enzymes needed to break down the food that the body feels are foreign so I decided to experiment with a tiny slice of nectarine. I had only been taking about 4 or 5 digestive enzymes for a couple of days at this point and to my surprise – no allergic reaction occurred. With this small success, I decided to increase the digestive enzymes to the 10 a day that Charles recommended and less than 48 hours later, I have just eaten a very green salad with sprouts, beet tops, fresh peas, and several other fresh, green items that I wouldn’t have dared even sampled a couple days before. For over 20 years I have gone without eating fresh green foods, and within 2 days of taking digestive enzymes I am able to do what not one of the many doctors I have seen about this situation over the years have even considered. In the past the only solutions proposed to me were to abstain or to take allergy shots for the rest of my life. Thank you for your great work.
