As a full-time Woman's Health Practitioner, single mom of two teenagers, and eternal student I have been more of a "preacher" of health and a better care giver to others, I have neglected time for my own health. I love The HO'OPONOPONO website article, which has helped me so much during times of struggle with my teens, clients and coworkers. Wanting to "practice what I preach", I have started looking at ways to further my own health goals. Through Universal connections and the law of attraction, I came upon Conscious Planet. Something told me these products were no ordinary Health supplements.  A friend helped me with some muscle testing, and I decided to go ahead and become involved with Conscious Health, and I am so glad I did. I feel like I've connected with family that I never knew existed! Over the last few months, I have learned more about the products, have tried the shakes, stopped using them and found I actually missed not having them after noticing a change in my energy. I actually noticed that I take fewer supplements now and its also saving me money. Our family's custom was to have a weekly night out to eat, this has stopped because I can no longer tolerate to eat out due to feeling bloated, tired and suffering from "brain fog".
