What would be the steps you would take from where we are ... right now, in order to manifest this dream?

1. You are what you eat. There is a 4% surplus of food, yet there tens of thousands of children starving to death every day. 60% of all the food grown in North America is GMO... which is proven to be harmful to human health. Every dollar you spend is supporting your health and well being or addictions and death and corporations that have only money as the bottom line. The first step would be to support locally grown, organic healthy food from people that understand health, practice sustainability and leave a zero footprint.
2. If you stop paying land tax, what happens? That means you don't own it, but are leasing it in a feudal system. It is our right to have land, shelter and clothing and live without fear of having basic rights and necessities taken away. With all the money there is, there are still people living on the streets without basic necessities provided. The second step would be to make it so that everyone had land and a home and to be able to be self sufficient.
3. Technology exists today that creates free electricity (eg Tesla technology). Yet we still live in a fossil fuel based economy that pollutes our air and water and our bodies and minds. Third step would be to make major strides in using bio fuels and water injection devices to ween ourselves off of petroleum based fuels and move to a free electricity based system.
4. Money has been used as a key component to distract people from the purpose of life and become slaves to others desires. Creating money to live is taking up more and more of people's time and devastating families and separating people into a hierarchy. Fourth step is to develop our own barter / credit currency system that does not allow for middlemen money changers to control the flow and the exchange of goods and services between people.
5. Government is organized to organize and support an infrastructure for our communities, not have authority over the people. Next we would create a transparent referendum type decision making process and a government by the people and for the people where everyone has a say, is educated on the issues at hand and votes toward the common good.
6. Our education system should be freeing on all levels, support our purpose in life which is enlightenment and not manipulating or controlling unto others agendas. Last and most important step is to teach and embrace the Universal Principles that all the Masters such as Krishna, Buddha and Jeshua have lived by in order for us to integrate consciousness and experience the same highest life experience. This will provide simple conflict resolution, decision making and life skills tools, develop a strong family unit and values for conscious communities.

Charles is a catalyst and has been involved in holistic healing, sustainable business, alternative energy and raising consciousness for 20 years. He began this life work after his personal disease symptom experience triggered an intense desire to understand the cause and removal of disease and integrate consciousness. Charles and his loving family are also entrepreneurs and founders of a hemp seed food manufacturing facility and Living Harvest Conscious Nutrition... North Americas premier hemp seed food company. Charles is supported by his wife and sacred relationship life partner Wind. Charles’ role as President is to focus on product discernment and development, education and stewardship of the company vision.

Secretary Treasurer - Angela Holmes

Angela's 17 year business experience began in retail and real estate sales. This moved into book keeping and management venturing into online marketing start ups. She has back packed through Europe, married a wonderful man and took 3 years off work to study as an oil paint artist. 1991 she created an “Idea File” that included a plan to invest in test crops growing hemp in Canada. This insight and vision was coincidently manifest with her father Ken and brother Charles in what is now Living Harvest, the premiere hemp seed food company in the world and Holmes Enterprises which is a family owned hemp seed food manufacturing facility. Her start up experience, money management expertise and marketing abilities were the backbone of these ventures. 2 years ago, Charles asked her if she would steward yet again another venture and bring this unique product line and wellness program to the world. That was Conscious Planet. Angela graciously accepted and serves her impeccable skills to humanity running 2 family companies. Angela's role is in is overseeing finance and production.

Sales and Marketing - Richard Larkin

Richard has been a “serial” entrepreneur all of his working life.  He grew up working in his Dad’s Service Station Business. He learned first hand how to run a successful Business and the importance of providing exceptional customer service. He started his first Business at the age of 21. His career has focused primarily in the areas of sales, marketing and franchise development. He received numerous top production awards and developed his own franchise concept in the early 80’s and that business still thrives today after more than 25 years in operation. Richard is an entertaining speaker and has developed, trained, advised and motivated several large Direct Sales organizations.  This naturally progressed to coaching, mentoring and pursuing his passion of helping others succeed in Business. Richard is also active in his community as a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and past president of a chapter of Business Network International (BNI). He works with “Young Life” in Victoria, B.C., Coaches youth soccer and volunteers for “Junior Achievement” by teaching various business programs in elementary and high schools. Richard lives in Victoria and can be found on the golf course, soccer field or out cruising the Gulf and San Juan Islands on their boat with his wife Kerry and eleven year old son Spencer. Richard's role is to advise in the marketing, enrolling and coaching area of the company.
