Conscious Planet Achievement Ladder & Pay it Forward Compensation Plan

The 5 positions that may be achieved, their qualifications and related commission & bonus payouts:

1. Customer: PV & CV go directly to Sponsor. Retail. Wholesale price difference goes to CP.
2. Apprentice:1-2 personally enrolled active membersand is paid 33% on all personally enrolled Level 1 active members purchases in product credits.
3. Mentor:3 personally enrolled active members and is paid 33% on all personally enrolled Level 1 active members purchases in product credits and a Mentor is paid 20% of all Level 2 active member purchases.
4. Steward:6 personally enrolled active members is paid 33% on all personally enrolled Level 1 active members in product credits and a Steward is paid 20% of all Level 2 purchases and a Community Bonus of 10% of all volume up to $50,000 below Level 2.
5. Sovereign:12 personally enrolled active membersis paid 33% on all personally enrolled Level 1 active members in product credits and a Sovereign is paid 20% of all Level 2 purchases and a Community Bonus of 10% of all volume up to $50,000 below Level 2, and 5% of all volume over $50,000 below Level 2.

Other Bonuses

Autoship Bonus:

• 3 months consecutive on autoship earns an extra 10% credits of order PV CV.

Definitions

1. SRP = suggested retail price and is the Customer Purchase Price.
2. PV = personal volume is the Wholesale Member Purchase Price.
3. CV = commissionable volume is the value associated with a product or service that is used to calculate commissions/bonus payouts.
4. PC = Product Credits calculated on PV CV and Level 1 purchases and Autoship Bonus to be used ONLY towards the purchase of Conscious Planet products and cannot be used for PV active/autoship member qualifications.

Active Member: has a valid membership and has purchased $100 PV or more in a month.

Autoship: is a monthly purchase commitment on the 14th or 28th of the month that awards PV product credits.

Commission: Paid to qualifiers on CV amount of all those active member purchases on Community volume.

Cash Credit Account: total of all cash payouts that may be view in the back office and accessed on the shopping cart for purchase of products or called on for a check payout. (the goal is to have this evolve into a check card payment system.)

Product Credit Account: total of all product credit payouts that may be viewed in the back office and accessed on the shopping cart for purchase of products only.

Sponsor: is the upline distributor of someone who has been referred to CP (downline) and who has set up a Customer Account or purchases a Wholesale Membership. The Sponsor is paid a commission on the downline purchases according to the Comp Plan.
