The
Conscious Planet was founded by Charles Holmes and Wind Walrath after over a decade of searching and striving for the youthful health they had given up. Their personal health challenges seemed daunting at first, but after getting good mentorship and "doing the work." Charles managed to overcome debilitating allergies, digestive disorders and IBS with a ulcerated/bleeding colon that the Doctors only solution was a colostomy (removal of damaged large intestine, butt hole sown up tight and a plastic bag on your hip!).
Being involved in the health food industry for over a decade offered Charles inside information to all the suppliers, formulations and experts in the field. Mostly what he found was - MARKETING! Discouraged with the reception he received to deliver a complete rejuvenative product line and eating program to people thru health food stores, he pulled some of the products from the shelves realizing this was NOT the ideal venue for health, left Living Harvest to sell mainstream food items like Hempmilk, yogurt and ice cream and... Conscious Planet was birthed.
Charles and Wind realized the highest health information and programs available at leading retreat centers were similar in scope, but no one had made it "do it yourself" yet. The Quest Optimal health Pro-Terrain Diet and 3 month Vision Quest (no sugar, pH balancing diet)is just that... making optimal health: simple and affordable. Even though it is the most difficult program, it creates the best long term results in ALL areas of our life. It can be boiled down to three simple activities:- Clean the body of all the built up toxins from food, environment and medications and remove the pathogenic bacteria to stop the pleomorphic/composting process.
- Feed the body a pH balancing diet and stop feeding the pathogens!.
- Regenerate and maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit through the Pro-terrain diet and Conscious Planet product supplementation to overcome soil depletion and a ruined food chain.
In essence, many other prominent alternative health practitioners also realize that all chronic diseases are simply a response to an overload of toxicity built up in the body – and a deficiency of nutrients thus creating the perfect environment for pathogenic bacteria and cell/genetic mutation to finally consume us from the inside out. Thus, by following the three simple steps, the body is able to restore itself to vibrant health – rather than treat and manage symptoms as does the Western medical system. All we need do is provide the Complete Optimal Regenerating Environment - CORE, and ... TRUST that the body knows how to heal itself, reduce stress and feed it essential nutrient rich foods like Hemp so it can fuel and rebuild.
