Personal Ordering

As a Member of Conscious Planet's Care/Share Affiliate Marketing program, you get access to significant savings on products as well as compensation for what you order and the business you build. Conscious Planet makes it easy to take advantage of all of this by providing you with a customized Member website just for you and your customers. It is important that you place your personal orders using your Member-Site rather than the "Buy Now" button on the public Conscious Planet website. "Buy Now" is only for non-member, retail customers. For instructions on accessing your Member-Site, read the section below titled "Using Your Member Back-Office".


Your Customer's Orders

As a Member of Conscious Planet's Care/Share Affiliate Marketing program, you have the opportunity to manifest financial freedom by referring other customers to your own Conscious Planet business. To make sure that your effort is properly credited to you, please follow these simple steps and teach them to those that you refer as a customer or as a member.

If your customers wish to place an order but do not wish to become a member, they can do so in 1 of 2 ways:

  1. By going to your Replicated Website and clicking "Buy Now". Your Replicated Website will be www.consciousplanet.net/whatevernameyouchosewhenyousignedup. When your customer goes through your Replicated Website, our system will automatically know that you referred them and credit your Member account. If you do not know the address of your Replicated Website, please call or email us and we would be happy to help.
  2. If they go directly to www.consciousplanet.net, without using the URL of your Replicated Website, they can still let our system know you referred them by entering your Member ID in the field indicated when they first click "Buy Now". If you do not know your Member ID, please call or email us and we would be happy to help.

No matter which method your customer uses, once completed, their customer record is now forever associated with you as the referrer and you will continue to receive credit no matter how or when they order in the future.

Using Your Member Back-Office Site

An integral component of your Membership is your Member Back-Office site. This is a password protected website just for you. In it, you can place personal orders, setup autoship orders, view your order history, get reports on your and your customer’s orders, view financial data, get help, and view upcoming events and announcements. It is your portal to the Conscious Planet Care / Share Affiliate Membership program.

To access your Back-Office, click the "Member Login" button on the Conscious Planet home page.

Extranet Login

You will then be presented with a login screen. Please enter your Member ID and password in the fields provided. If you do not know either of these, please call or email us and we would be happy to help.

The first screen you will see after logging in is our Announcements page. This is where we post important news for our Members.

As mentioned above, it is very important that you place all your personal orders through your Back-Office, and not through the "Buy-Now" button on the public site. You can do this by clicking the "Orders" tab and then selecting the product category on the left. Click on the item you wish to order, enter the quantity and click "Add to Cart". Repeat this procedure for each item you wish to purchase. Once you are finished adding products to your shopping cart, click "Checkout" to complete the order.

Order Products

As time goes by, we will post answers to commonly asked questions under the "Support" tab. If you cannot find answers to your questions there, please email or call us. We will then post these topics to the support section. Your taking the time to ask will benefit all other Members. Our goal is to make your Membership experience easy and fulfilling.

Support

Perhaps the most important question for you as a Member, is "How can I see my monthly earning?". You can do this simply by clicking on the "Reports" tab. All the reports available to you will be displayed on the left. This includes, financials, genealogy, and sales. From here you can also edit your personal information and update your Back-Office password.

Business Cards

Conscious Planet has made it extremely easy for you to obtain personalized business cards to help you build your business. We have created a number of templates that will print out on any of the Avery business cards. You can find these in your local office supply store. Be sure to get the ones that contain 10-cards per page with a finished business card size of 2" x 3.5"; either InkJet or LaserJet cards will work.

Adobe Reader (PDF) Template
By far the easiest option is to download the following template. It is an Adobe Reader file (PDF) and is ready to go; all you have to do is replace the "Your name here" text with your personal information, and you only have to do this for one of the business cards. The template will copy the information you enter to the rest of the cards automatically. Just click your cursor in the spaces shown, delete the default text and start typing. Then save and print on any of the Avery business cards mentioned above. That's it - you're done!

Please note, you must have Adobe Reader installed to use this option. It is a free download from www.adobe.com.

Microsoft Word Template - with Logo
If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can alternately download the following Microsoft Word template. It's not quite as pretty as the PDF template above, but it will get you up and running quickly. Like the PDF template, this one is formated to include our Logo and spaces for you to enter your personal information. When using this template, please be careful not to change the table positioning. If for some reason something changes and it does not print properly, simply download the template and try again.

For those of you that wish to design your own cards from scratch, here is a totally blank Word template, setup to print on the Avery business cards. Try this if you're feeling adventurous with Word.

Finally, for those experienced designers out there, here is a zip file containing an Illustrator 10 template and our logo in Photoshop. Get creative!

Brochures

Need brochures in a hurry? Here is a copy of our trifold brochure in PDF format. You can either print this out on your home printer, or take the files to your local print shop and have them print it out for you. You could even simply email them a link to this page and ask them to download and print the files for you. What could be easier?

The brochure is double-sided so you will need to print 1 side first, then turn the paper over and print the other side. Also note that the brochure is meant to be folded like a letter so that our logo is on the front.

Newsletter

As a Member, you are subscribed to our newsletter which will be sent to you no more than once per month. If you do not wish to receive emails from Conscious Planet, unsubscribing is very simple. Simply enter your email address in the "Newsletter Unsubscribe" box on our home page and we will remove you within 24 hours.

AutoShip

Conscious Planet offers an autoship feature which saves you time and money. This is just one more advantage of being a Member of our Care/Share Affiliate Marketing program. When you subscribe to autoship, we will automatically ship your favorite products to you based on a schedule that you specify. Everything is automated, all you have to do is enjoy the products when they arrive. As an autoship customer, you will also receive a 5% discount on all autoship orders. You can setup as many autoship schedules as you like and doing so is easy; simply click on the "Orders" tab in your Back-Office (see the Order screenshot above), and select "Autoship Setup" on the left. Next, click the product category and then the products you wish to receive. The rest is just like ordering products. If you wish to cancel or change an autoship, simply click the "Orders" tab again and then select "Autoship Schedules" on the left. You will then see a list of all your autoship schedules which you can edit or delete as necessary.

Be sure to check out the Lifestyle Packs which are only available to autoship customers.


Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground in the USA, and Canpar Ground in Canada. Delivery can typically take up to 7 business days, depending on your location. Rural areas take the longest. Because we ship using private courier companies, we highly recommend that you use a business address if at all possible so that there will always be someone available to sign for your package. Please note that shipping charges are applied AFTER you place your order so the total billed to your credit card will be slightly higher than the total you received when placing your order. Feel free to call or email us if you require special shipping options, or wish to track a shipment.
